Everyone loves a good sale...

One of my favorite sales is the J.Crew spend $150 get 25% off.  I try to hold off on buying things until one of these comes around.  This year I'm eyeing the Schoolboy blazer in Grey Schoolboy Blazer, Blythe Blouse, Classic pavé link bracelet and the MacAlister wedge boots.

Fall at the lake

My husband and I spent some time with my family at the lake last week. We played some frisbee golf and went on a walk. We went out on the dock and observed how low the lake is. The end of lake season always makes me sad but this was an unexpected visit that we were able to make this fall. My niece and nephew are at such a fun age. Hannah wins best dressed in her cute little polka dot jacket.

I found this great blouse at Target online.  They had some other colors with different patterns on them as well.  My second favorite was the yellow.

Baseball

Baseball is not my favorite sport but it is one of my husband's.  I decided to bite the bullet and go to a game with him.  We had a very good time. I was not, however, very into the game. When asked latern I realized I did not even know who we played against.  I did know that we won by three.  I'll be ready for another game in about a year!

Dinner with the girls...

Here is a picture from friend my Abby's birthday dinner. We went to this great restaurant called  Mill Valley Kitchen.  The decor was amazing and the food was out of this world. I highly recommend it!  Abby is having her second child tomorrow and I wanted to wish her luck! Can't wait to meet your beautiful baby boy!

Hike with my Husband

Fall is my favorite season.  I love when the weather has cooled off a bit and you can enjoy the great outdoors.  It's great to be able to go on runs in the afternoon rather than having to get up early in the morning.   I am finally able to dust off my boots and sweaters but haven't yet pulled out my winter parka.  In the spirit of enjoying the fall weather my husband and I went on a hike.  I look forward to more hikes this season when the leaves have changed colors.

I absolutely love this color yellow, it's so cheerful.  It's a great top to thrown on with a skirt, jeans or black pants.  It can be worn to work or for a night out on the town.

My Sister's Birthday

My sister's birthday is today, she turns 27 again.  We got to celebrate it this weekend when we were together. I am so grateful for our time together! Happy Birthday Danielle!
