I love this top because I think the light blue and white stripes are so cheerful.  Soon enough the snow will melt and spring will be in full swing.  I can't wait for our tulips to bloom in the front of our house. I may try this year to plant some peonies as well. I am not the gardening type, but still want to give it a try.
