When I first saw this white shirt, I thought who really needs another white shirt.  Then I tried it on and fell in love.  It amazed me when I got home how many different outfits I could put together and switch up with this white shirt.  It looks so cute with a sweater or a sweatshirt.  I love that that it can be dressed up or down.  More outfit ideas for the white shirt are on this page.  I love these pants. They're a piece to wear to work or for a casual look.  This style is such a fun pattern of the same pants. Have a great day!

Some of my friends and I have talked about going to Grand View Lodge for girls trip this fall.  Grand View is an iconic resort in Lakes Country here in Minnesota. Thinking of going up there with my friends inspired this post.  This is my look for going on a fall vaca.  I love the dress shown above. Gap had some other really cute dresses as well.  I bought a very similar pair of boots to the ones shown above.  One of my fashion icons is Giuliana Ranic. When I saw Giuliana wearing these boots, I knew I needed them. Hope you all have a great weekend!

Growing up I seemed to be queen of the ponytail. Now I don't rock them nearly as much. With shorts and a sweatshirt, a messy ponytail seems like the perfect style. I wear a lot of shorts in the summer and really like the look of them with a sweatshirt. I picked this one because it has some cool beading on the neckline. Summer Love...

This outfit or something like it will be my summer uniform. I love wearing shorts in the summer.  It's especially great now that I have Dahlia. When we are out playing in the grass, I don't have to worry about getting grass stains on my legs. This tunic is great because I wear it as a cover up or with shorts. I will be packing it for the lake every weekend.  And if you haven't notice there will be a lot of eating cake for breakfast at my house this summer or maybe just a lot of products talking about it.  I would change my cellphone case every day if I could.  I am loving these Kate Spade Cases, don't forget to check them out!  Oh yeah and maybe watch my favorite Wednesday video.

We always seem to be traveling this time of year.  We end up going to the lake almost every weekend during the summer.  We're going to Big Sky, Montana soon and to finish out the summer we are going to Europe.  Miss Dahlia is not joining us for the Europe adventure.  She tried to talk me into letting her travel in my bag but it was a no go.

Baseball Hat...

I am craving a new baseball hat. Lately I just want to throw a tee on and grab a hat.  I love the chambray, leopard and the floral print.  They are all such a cool spin on your typical hat. I love them too because they I don't feel like I'm always wearing my hair in a boring old pony tail.

I went to brunch with my friends on Saturday, and we got to talking about beauty products.  Everyone seems to have their go to products and secrets.  I have tested all of the products pictured above with the exception of the mascara.  I feel confident in the mascara, as a good friend of mine loves it, and it doesn't have very many negative reviews on Nordstrom.   One of the negative reviews suggests that it is too "dramatic," which, let's be honest, makes it a positive review.  I have heard great things about the Birchbox. It's a great way to test products and find what you really love.  Hopefully today isn't a waste of make up ;)
